- The National Code 2007 (PDF 857kb) came into force on 1 July 2007 and has replaced the original National Code.

The major changes are briefly summarized below:-
Change of Education Provider within first 6 months of study. Please refer to Standard 7 of the revised National Code - Full Time/Part Time Study Rules - Duration of Study. Please refer to Standard 9 of the revised National Code
- Leave of Absence/Deferring, Suspending or Canceling of Enrolment. Please refer to Standard 13 of the revised National Code
- Course Credit - exemptions. From 1 July 2007, students will be required to acknowledge notification of credit transfer.
