Student Support Services

ICTM provides a range of appropriate services to support both domestic and international students during their enrolment with the college. The support services have been tailored to meet individual needs of students and provide prompt response to address a wide array of difficulties a student may face, thus ensuring student friendly approach to make their stay with ICTM most enjoyable.

Student Meet and Greet Program
ICTM recognises the necessity of a meet and greet program. There are always a gap of few days between the student’s arrival and course commencement. This is the most crucial time for a newly arrived student when he feels lonely, depressed and homesick being away from family, friends and familiar environment. A small meeting at the airport and arrangement for transport, living accommodation and initial counselling plays a vital role to make student’s transition a hassle free experience.

ICTM Guest House
ICTM has a well furnished guest house located at 20 minutes drive from the Melbourne airport. A newly arrived student is allowed to stay at the guest house for up to 7 days on a weekly rental of $100. However, the guest house stay may be extended if a student is unable to arrange for accommodation. This facility is available to students on advance booking.

ICTM will provide an age and culture sensitive orientation program, in which students will be provided with exhaustive information by our staff, during face to face session, to make their stay hassle free. Apart from information on the enrolled course, the rights and responsibilities of students and  ICTM, student support services, appeal and complaint procedure, critical incident policy, visa conditions, dos and don’ts, cross culture, and living in Melbourne and about Australia, etc, will be clearly defined.
